Shari completed her Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology from the University of Calgary in 2005, where she had the privilege to train with and study Olympic athletes at the Olympic Oval, prior to attaining her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2010.

Achievements/courses:

 - Clinical Doctorate program completed in 2016 focused on manual and manipulative therapy

- Lynn Watson Shoulder course

- Manual therapy levels I and II - Running injury prevention/treatment
