Kelsey Corpuz, RMT

Kelsey graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy's 3000 hour program in 2014. She took a particular interest in sports massage and pregnancy massage, and has since done continuing education courses in therapeutic exercise and pre/post natal treatments.

In 2005 she graduated with a Sports Science Diploma from Douglas College where she played on the women's soccer team. After college she went on to teach fitness and Pilates. She earned her certification from The Pilates Center's 900 hour teacher training program in Boulder, Colorado.

Kelsey has always had a passion for being active and helping people create better balance in their bodies. She has always enjoyed learning about human anatomy and biology, and applying it towards helping others in their journey towards health and wellness.

She has experience working with a vast variety of patients using movement and manual manipulation to treat all types of issues such as chronic pain, sports injuries, soft tissue sprains and strains, MVA's, muscle imbalances, and stress related tension. She is dedicated to creating specific treatment plans for each and every unique individual's goals and needs.

Outside of work, Kelsey keeps busy with her 3 little children, 2 dogs and husband. Together as a family they enjoy nature walks, exploring the outdoors, playing at the park and being creative with art.
